We wanted to give you a heads-up regarding an important update that will soon be shared with end-users through our social media channels. As part of our ongoing commitment to quality and performance, we will be notifying end-users to inspect their treeMOTION essential/pro harnesses for potential corrosion and wear.
 

What to expect

Starting Wednesday, November 20th, 9 am CET TEUFELBERGER will release official information on our social media platforms, urging users to check their harnesses and providing guidance on what to look for and how to proceed if any issues are found
We encourage you to prepare for potential inquiries from your customers and be ready to support them with any questions or concerns they might have.
 

Details for your reference

The communication will outline the need for inspection of:
Hardware for signs of corrosion
Bridge ropes used with the harness and webbings for abrasion


This applies to specific treeMOTION essential/pro harnesses with production dates
between 05/2022 and 10/2024.
